Leaked Windows Phone 8.x dev build screenshots reveal notification center and more
A reddit thread posted simply over viii hours ago tells the story of a user who has purchased a Nokia Lumia 920 from eBay only to discover they are in possession of a device that seems to take once belonged to a Microsoft engineer.
Said user has posted several screenshots from the device which appear to testify off a brand new calendar pattern, the ability to organise apps past frequency of use, and perhaps almost interestingly: a notification heart.
Whilst we can't be 100% certain of this data, the quantity of screenshots that have been provided, as well every bit the presence of what announced to be internal apps yet in development definitely lends some brownie to this rumour, in fact we're going to become ahead and give this a 7 on the rum-o-meter. Initial analysis suggests that this is all very early on stages, and the keen eyed amongst you will notice that the notification eye appears to exist launched via a separate tile. Whilst what is shown here is certainly non the terminal product ready OS, we tin expect that features to exist very different and possibly integrated in completely new ways if they ever make the finished product.

Update 9:30am ET: We'accept had some more information come frontward to u.s. via a trusted source. They confirm that these shots were from an "earlier" build of the next-version of the OS, just that subsequent releases since accept had the Notification center removed. In addition, earlier it disappeared, its look became more than inline with the People Hub blueprint. What does that mean in the long run? Just that Microsoft is experimenting with unlike feature sets and some may or may not get in to the terminal build. So take these screenshots equally being accurate, but just as a snapshot within the development process.
